The Services are not available to persons, organizations or residents of countries or territories under economic sanctions imposed by the United States, United Nations, European Union or other organizations, including but not limited to:

You are responsible for providing the technical requirements, a suitable cryptocurrency wallet and the necessary cryptocurrencies.
